Sie begeistern sich für die Zukunft von Produktion und Logistik, erkennen das Potenzial neuer Technologien frühzeitig und setzen diese gezielt ein, um Prozesse intelligenter, effizienter und nachhaltiger zu gestalten.

Ihre

  • Sie führen nationale und internationale Optimierungs\- \& Transformationsprojekte auf Basis der \-Prinzipien durch.
  • Sie analysieren Wertströme, Produktions\- und Logistikprozesse und entwickeln innovative sowie datenbasierte Lösungen zur nachhaltigen Steigerung von Effizienz, Qualität und Produktivität.
  • Sie konzipieren und moderieren Workshops, Trainings und Coachings für Mitarbeitende, Führungskräfte und Expert:innen auf allen Hierarchieebenen
  • Sie befähigen lokale \-Multiplikatoren, Teams und Führungskräfte, moderne Methoden und digitale Werkzeuge erfolgreich in ihrem Arbeitsalltag einzusetzen.
  • Sie sind verantwortlich für die Umsetzung von globalen \-Projekten und verhaltensbezogenen Coaching\-Programmen für Führungskräfte.
  • Sie führen Assessments an den internationalen Standorten der Ivoclar Gruppe durch.
  • Sie erstellen eigenständig Roadmaps, Projektvorgehen, Workshop\-Konzepte und definieren Richtlinien bzw. Standards in Zusammenarbeit mit dem globalen \-Team.
  • Sie identifizieren Potenziale für den Einsatz moderner Technologien und datengetriebener Arbeitsweisen entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette.

Ihr Profil

  • Ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium, idealerweise im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Produktion, Logistik, Supply Chain Management oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung in der Optimierung von Produktions\-, Logistik\- oder Wertschöpfungsprozessen in einem industriellen Umfeld
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in , im Projektmanagement sowie im Change\- bzw. Transformationsmanagement
  • Hohe Affinität zu digitalen Technologien, künstlicher Intelligenz und Automatisierung.
  • Erfahrung im Einsatz moderner KI\-Tools (z. B. ChatGPT, Copilot, oder vergleichbare Lösungen) zur Effizienzsteigerung im Arbeitsalltag
  • Sehr gute Fähigkeiten in der Visualisierung von Ideen und Prozessen (PowerPoint, , Figma, Bicálbo/Bikablo, Sketchnoting oder vergleichbare Methoden)
  • Hands\-on\-Mentalität mit hoher Umsetzungsgeschwindigkeit und Freude daran, neue Lösungen pragmatisch auszuprobieren
  • Eine ausgeprägte Beraterpersönlichkeit mit sehr guten kommunikativen und analytischen Fähigkeiten
  • Fließende Deutsch\- sowie Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift \- weitere Fremdsprachen sind ein Plus
  • Eine Reisebereitschaft von bis zu 30 %
