Du übernimmst die sichere Handhabung, Verpackung, Kennzeichnung und Dokumentation verschiedener Abfallarten. Du organisierst und koordinierst den Transport von Abfällen zu internen und externen Entsorgungspartnern. Du führst Kontrollrundgänge und operative Prozesse selbstständig durch und dokumentierst diese entsprechend. Du erkennst und meldest Sicherheitsrisiken sowie Abweichungen und unterstützt bei deren Behebung. Du arbeitest eng mit den Bereichen Produktion, EHS, Utilities und Betriebslogistik zusammen. Du bringst aktiv Verbesserungsvorschläge ein und unterstützt die kontinuierliche Optimierung der Waste-Management-Prozesse. Dein Profil: Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung (EFZ), idealerweise im technischen oder chemischen Umfeld. Erste Berufserfahrung in der chemischen oder biopharmazeutischen Produktion von Vorteil. Hohes Sicherheits- und Umweltbewusstsein sowie verantwortungsvolle Arbeitsweise. Technisches Verständnis und Interesse an Produktions- und Prozessabläufen. Gute Organisationsfähigkeit sowie eine strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise. Teamfähigkeit und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
