Ziel der Funktion

Der Operations & Business Development Manager ist verantwortlich für die operative Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung des Unternehmens sowie für den Ausbau bestehender und neuer Kundenbeziehungen. Die Position verbindet operative Verantwortung mit vertrieblichen und strategischen Aufgaben und trägt wesentlich zur Sicherstellung einer hohen Dienstleistungsqualität, effizienten Abläufen und nachhaltigem Unternehmenswachstum bei.

Hauptaufgaben Verantwortung für die Planung, Koordination und Optimierung des operativen Tagesgeschäfts Sicherstellung einer effizienten Einsatz- und Ressourcenplanung Unterstützung bei der Führung und Betreuung der operativen Mitarbeitenden Analyse und kontinuierliche Verbesserung bestehender Prozesse und Arbeitsabläufe Bearbeitung operativer Herausforderungen sowie Entwicklung pragmatischer Lösungen Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Kundenbeziehungen Identifikation und Akquisition von Neukunden sowie neuen Geschäftsmöglichkeiten Erstellung von Offerten, Kalkulationen und kundenspezifischen Dienstleistungskonzepten Durchführung von Kundenmeetings, Objektbesichtigungen und Vertragsverhandlungen Beobachtung des Marktes und Identifikation von Wachstumspotenzialen Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Massnahmen zur Umsatzsteigerung und Geschäftsentwicklung Unterstützung der Geschäftsleitung bei strategischen und operativen Projekten Überwachung relevanter Kennzahlen und Erstellung regelmässiger Auswertungen Enge Zusammenarbeit mit HR, Administration und Buchhaltung

Anforderungen

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung bzw. vergleichbare Qualifikation Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Operations Management, Business Development, Vertrieb oder in einer vergleichbaren Funktion Erfahrung in der Reinigungs-, Facility-Management- oder Dienstleistungsbranche von Vorteil Ausgeprägte organisatorische und unternehmerische Fähigkeiten
