The posting

Der Bundesrat hat für die Jahre 2026 bis 2030 ein nationales Programm zur Prävention von Gewalt im Alter beschlossen. Pro Senectute Schweiz übernimmt die operative Leitung dieses wichtigen Vorhabens.

Das bewirken Sie bei uns:

  • Sie prägen operativ den Aufbau und die Umsetzung des neuen nationalen Programms
  • Sie koordinieren die Zusammenarbeit mit dem Bundesamt für Sozialversicherungen, dem Nationalen Kompetenzzentrum Alter ohne Gewalt sowie weiteren Partnerorganisationen.
  • Sie planen, steuern und begleiten die Umsetzung von Programmaktivitäten und Massnahmen.
  • Sie organisieren und moderieren Arbeitsgruppen, Fachveranstaltungen und Austauschgefässe.
  • Sie verantworten das Projektcontrolling und die Berichterstattung und koordinieren die programmbezogene Kommunikation mit den zuständigen internen und externen Stellen.

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Sie verfügen über einen Hochschulabschluss (Universität oder Fachhochschule) in Sozialer Arbeit, Gesundheitswissenschaften, Sozialwissenschaften, Public Management oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet.
  • Sie bringen mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in der Leitung von komplexen Projekten oder Programmen mit und haben diese von der Planung bis zur Umsetzung operativ verantwortet.
  • Sie sind versiert in der Planung und Moderation von Arbeitsgruppen, Gremien und Veranstaltungen.
  • Sie arbeiten konzeptionell, strukturiert und ergebnisorientiert.
  • Sie verfassen stilsicher Konzepte, Berichte und Entscheidungsgrundlagen.
  • Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Französischkenntnisse.
  • Sie verfügen idealerweise über Erfahrung im Themenbereich Gewalt, Gewaltprävention, Opferschutz oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet und bringen idealerweise ein entsprechendes Fachnetzwerk mit.
  • Sie verfügen idealerweise über Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Behörden, Non Profit Organisationen, Fachorganisationen oder weiteren institutionellen Partnern.
  • Sie interessieren sich für sozialpolitische, gerontologische und gesellschaftliche Fragen und sind bereit, sich vertieft mit den Herausforderungen von Gewalt im Alter und den verschiedenen Settings auseinanderzusetzen.
