Einleitung

Für ein etabliertes, international tätiges Handelsunternehmen mit mehreren Standorten in der DACH-Region suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als Operativer Einkäufer (m/w/d). In dieser vielseitigen Funktion übernimmst Du Verantwortung für eine eigene Warengruppe und stellst gemeinsam mit internen Fachbereichen und Lieferanten eine zuverlässige und termingerechte Versorgung sicher.

Aufgaben

  • Du betreust eigenverantwortlich eine Warengruppe und entwickelst diese kontinuierlich weiter.
  • Du wirkst bei der Standardisierung und Optimierung von Artikeln, Prozessen und Katalogstrukturen mit.
  • Ausschreibungen organisierst Du selbstständig und vergleichst sowie bewertest eingehende Angebote.
  • Du koordinierst Bestellungen von der Auslösung bis zur termingerechten Lieferung.
  • Als zentrale Ansprechperson pflegst Du die Kommunikation mit Lieferanten und kümmerst Dich um Reklamationen und Abstimmungen.
  • Rechnungen, Preisabweichungen und Gutschriften prüfst und klärst Du zuverlässig.
  • Artikel-, Preis- und Lieferantenstammdaten sowie den Betriebsmaterialkatalog hältst Du stets aktuell.
  • Du stellst die bedarfsgerechte und termingerechte Beschaffung von Betriebsmaterialien für Verkaufsstellen und interne Fachbereiche sicher.
  • Mit Auswertungen, Preisvergleichen und einer strukturierten Lieferantenkommunikation leistest Du einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Weiterentwicklung des Einkaufs.

Profil

  • Eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im operativen Einkauf, idealerweise im indirekten Einkauf oder im Bereich Betriebsmaterialien.
  • Ein gutes Verständnis für Einkaufsprozesse sowie ein ausgeprägtes Kostenbewusstsein.
  • Eine serviceorientierte und professionelle Kommunikation mit Lieferanten und internen Ansprechpartnern.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit SAP und MS Office, insbesondere Excel.
  • Eine strukturierte, sorgfältige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Teamgeist und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Ansprechpartnern.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englisch- oder Französischkenntnisse.
