Introduzione

Per conto di nostro stimato cliente nel Luganese ricerchiamo Operatori/Operatrici di produzione che operino nel settore farmaceutico.

Responsabilità

L-Operatore di Produzione Farmaceutica si occupa della realizzazione, trasformazione e confezionamento dei medicinali nel rispetto delle normative di qualità, sicurezza e igiene.

Principali responsabilità:

Conduzione e monitoraggio di macchinari e impianti di produzione

Preparazione, pesatura e miscelazione di materie prime

Esecuzione delle fasi di produzione (granulazione, compressione, riempimento, sterile/non sterile)

Attività di confezionamento

Compilazione della documentazione di produzione (batch record)

Controlli in-process e segnalazione di anomalie

Pulizia e sanificazione di ambienti, macchinari e attrezzature

Rispetto scrupoloso delle GMP-Good Manufacturing Practices

Profilo

La risorsa ha maturato esperienza pregressa nel settore farmaceutico o chimico , all-interno di realtà strutturate, operando in ambienti produttivi regolamentati secondo le Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

Requisiti richiesti:

Esperienza di almeno 2-5 anni come operatore di produzione farmaceutica

Buona conoscenza delle GMP e della documentazione di produzione

Esperienza nella conduzione di macchinari di produzione e/o confezionamento

Familiarità con ambienti a contaminazione controllata (camere bianche)

Competenze professionali:

Capacità di operare nel rispetto rigoroso delle procedure aziendali

Precisione, attenzione al dettaglio e senso di responsabilità

Capacità di compilare correttamente batch record e documentazione tecnica

Buone doti organizzative e di lavoro in team

Flessibilità e disponibilità al lavoro su turni (3 turni)
