Du entwickelst und betreibst Oracle-basierte Lösungen für unsere AVANTI-Software, die Blaulichtorganisationen wie Polizei, Feuerwehr und Rettungsdienste im Alltag unterstützt. Dabei verbindest du fachliche Anforderungen mit einer stabilen technischen Umsetzung und begleitest Lösungen von der Konzeption bis in den produktiven Betrieb. In einem erfahrenen Team von Datenbank-Fachpersonen arbeitest du eigenverantwortlich mit grossem Gestaltungsspielraum, bringst deine Expertise aktiv ein und stehst im engen Austausch mit Entwicklung, Projektleitung und Kundschaft. Dein Beitrag sorgt dafür, dass unsere Systeme zuverlässig, performant und hochverfügbar bleiben.

Highlights der Stelle

  • Installation, Konfiguration und Betrieb von Oracle-Datenbanken auf Windows
  • Überwachung, Performance-Optimierung sowie Backup- und Recovery-Prozesse
  • Planung und Umsetzung von Releasewechseln und Migrationen im laufenden Betrieb
  • Mitarbeit an Konzeption, Entwicklung und Implementierung von Software-Lösungen im Behörden- und Rettungsumfeld
  • Beratung von Entwicklung und Projektleitung bei Oracle- und Datenbankthemen sowie Sicherstellung eines stabilen Betriebs rund um die Uhr inklusive regelmässigem Pikettdienst, inklusive Analyse und Behebung komplexer Störungen und kontinuierlicher Optimierung der Systemlandschaft

Deine Skills

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Oracle-Datenbankfachperson im Unternehmensumfeld
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Betrieb, Administration, Fehlersuche und Tuning von Oracle-Datenbanken
  • Erfahrung mit Releasewechseln, Migrationen und Hochverfügbarkeitslösungen inklusive Software-Änderungsmanagement
  • Abschluss (Uni/FH/HF) in Informatik oder gleichwertiger Abschluss; Erfahrung in Datenmodellierung und Softwareentwicklung; Kenntnisse in weiteren relationalen Datenbanken von Vorteil
  • Eigenverantwortlich, strukturiert und zuverlässig in der Zusammenarbeit
  • Kommunikativ, teamfähig und mit hohem Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Neugierig und engagiert, du gehst Themen pragmatisch an und optimierst Lösungen stetig
  • Sehr gutes Deutsch und gutes Englisch; Französisch von Vorteil
