Temps de travail 80-100% Lieu Bern Vous êtes responsable du fonctionnement sûr et fiable ainsi que du développement continu des systèmes OT de nos accumulateurs d'énergie. De la définition des exigences techniques de sécurité à la vérification des solutions des fournisseurs jusqu'à la réception, vous veillez à ce que les connexions OT fonctionnent en toute sécurité.

Votre domaine d'action

  • Vous garantissez le fonctionnement fiable, disponible et sécurisé du paysage des systèmes OT et gérez le cycle de vie technique des composants
  • Vous analysez et résolvez les perturbations, écarts système et incidents de sécurité et assurez une documentation traçable
  • Pour les systèmes de contrôle et les connexions OT, vous définissez les exigences techniques et de sécurité et vérifiez les solutions des fournisseurs jusqu'à la réception
  • Vous évaluez les risques cyber selon le Security by Design et les directives pertinentes, priorisez les mesures d'atténuation et en supervisez la mise en œuvre
  • Lors des certifications d'installation et des preuves de conformité selon NIS 2, standard minimal ICT ou KRITIS, vous gérez et coordonnez les experts externes
  • En tant que Local Security Officer, vous coordonnez les exigences cybersécurité en Suisse et en Allemagne en collaboration avec l'IT, le juridique, les achats et les partenaires externes

Ce que vous apportez

  • Diplôme universitaire en cybersécurité, technologies de l'information, informatique ou domaine connexe, ou qualification équivalente
  • Expérience professionnelle de plusieurs années dans le domaine OT et cybersécurité
  • Connaissances approfondies des systèmes OT/ICS, réseaux industriels, protocoles de communication, intégration système et gestion du cycle de vie
  • Familiarité avec ISO 27001, NIST CSF, NIS 2 et le standard minimal ICT suisse ainsi que leur mise en œuvre, audits et preuves de conformité
  • Connaissances des solutions et architectures de sécurité telles que SIEM, IDS/IPS et protection des points de terminaison ainsi que gestion des risques cyber et conformité
  • Compétences analytiques et communicationnelles développées ainsi qu'expérience en gestion des parties prenantes et des fournisseurs
