As an Outbound Sales Representative, you'll proactively connect with qualified leads and existing customers, understand their travel aspirations and turn conversations into high-value cruise bookings.

This is a true B2C sales role where you'll own your customer portfolio, create opportunities, reactivate customers and take responsibility for your individual sales and revenue performance.

Your Impact ##

  • Make proactive outbound calls to qualified leads and existing customers.
  • Identify sales opportunities and reactivate previous customers.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend tailored cruise solutions.
  • Manage objections and confidently close bookings.
  • Drive conversion, revenue and upselling.
  • Maintain accurate CRM and sales pipeline.
  • Own your individual sales performance and build your earnings through performance.

Your Journey so far ##

  • Experience in outbound sales, telesales, B2C sales or business development.
  • Strong commercial mindset and results orientation.
  • Confidence making outbound calls and proactively engaging customers.
  • Strong objection handling and closing skills.
  • Experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, retail.
  • Languages: German, Austrian German & Swiss German; additional languages are a strong advantage.
  • Full right to work in Spain.
