En tant que pâtissier, vous intégrez les équipes de production et participez à la réalisation des différentes préparations sucrées destinées aux clients de l'établissement. Vous assurez la mise en place, la production et le dressage dans le respect des recettes, des standards de qualité et des règles d'hygiène. Vous êtes également capable de vous adapter rapidement aux besoins du service et de collaborer efficacement avec une brigade exigeante. Votre précision et votre sens du détail contribuent directement à l'expérience proposée aux clients.

Profil recherché -----------------

Vous disposez d'une formation en pâtisserie et d'une expérience confirmée dans un environnement hôtelier, gastronomique ou haut de gamme. Autonome, organisé et soigneux, vous appréciez le travail en équipe et savez faire preuve de réactivité lorsque l'activité s'intensifie. Une première expérience en palace ou établissement 5 étoiles représente un réel avantage. Votre présentation, votre attitude professionnelle et votre capacité d'adaptation sont essentielles pour réussir ces missions.
