Monnier SA est spécialisée dans les finitions haut de gamme de composants horlogers : galvanoplastie, décoration horlogère, gravure mécanique et laser. Partenaire des plus grandes maisons, elle fait partie depuis 2024 du groupe MPS Micro Precision Systems, lui\-même membre du groupe FAULHABER. Cette intégration nous donne les moyens d’investir dans des technologies de pointe, tout en préservant les gestes et le savoir\-faire qui font notre réputation.

Passeur aux bains (F/H/X) 100%

Lieu de travail :2300 La Chaux\-de\-Fonds

Vos responsabilités

  • Accrocher les pièces à traiter sur bouclards et les défiler.
  • Assurer le passage des pièces aux bains selon les gammes opératoires.
  • Assurer l'entretien régulier des installations (nettoyage, contrôle des éléments de sécurité, préparation des bains).
  • Entretenir les bouclards (montage/démontage des crochets).
  • Respecter strictement les consignes de sécurité (produits chimiques).

Votre profil

  • AFP d’assistant/e en traitement de surface est un atout
  • Première expérience en galvanoplastie, traitement de surface ou production industrielle (horlogerie, microtechnique) souhaitée.
  • Habileté manuelle et minutie dans la manipulation de petites pièces.
  • Respect strict des consignes de sécurité et directives de travail
  • Fiabilité, rigueur et ponctualité.
  • Esprit d'équipe et volonté d'apprendre.
