Für dieses verantwortungsvolle Aufgabengebiet ist uns wichtig, dass es auf beiden Seiten fachlich genauso wie menschlich stimmig ist. Bei blume 3000 arbeitest du in einem kleinen HR-Team mit kurzen Wegen und direktem Austausch – eingebettet in ein grösseres Zentralteam. So verbinden wir persönliche Zusammenarbeit im Alltag mit den Strukturen und dem Wissen eines grösseren Umfelds. Vor allem aber hast du die Möglichkeit, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und mitzugestalten, statt einfach nur Aufgaben abzuarbeiten.

Der Schwerpunkt dieser Stelle liegt in der Payroll- und der Personaladministration. Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere monatliche Lohnverarbeitung für rund 100 Mitarbeitende zuverlässig läuft. Gleichzeitig bist du die Ansprechperson für alle Fragen rund um Lohn und Sozialversicherungen. Die Abläufe sind klar strukturiert und geben dir eine gute Grundlage für deine Arbeit.

Eine verlässliche und genaue Arbeitsweise gehört für diese Aufgabe dazu. Gleichzeitig gibt es Raum, Erfahrungen einzubringen und Dinge weiterzuentwickeln, wenn sich Möglichkeiten dafür zeigen.

Eine kaufmännische Grundausbildung bildet die Basis. Entscheidend ist jedoch deine mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Payroll und dein fundiertes Wissen im Schweizer Lohnwesen. Du arbeitest sorgfältig, übernimmst Verantwortung und weisst, worauf es in der Lohnverarbeitung ankommt. Kenntnisse in Abacus und Italienisch sind willkommen, aber keine zwingende Voraussetzung.
