Für unseren Standort in Zürich suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine dienstleistungsorientierte und selbstständig arbeitende Persönlichkeit als Payroll Specialist 80–100%.

PAYROLL SPECIALIST 80\-100% (IT/DE)

Das kannst du bei uns bewegen.

  • Gestione completa del processo salariale, dall'assunzione fino all'uscita dei collaboratori, per un'area di competenza definita
  • Inserimento autonomo, preciso e puntuale di tutte le variazioni del personale in SAP
  • Elaborazione e controllo dei dati relativi al tempo di lavoro provenienti da diversi rapporti di impiego (CCL, regolamento del personale) e dall'applicativo di gestione del tempo RTM
  • Verifica e corretta gestione delle indennità legate ad assenze per infortunio, malattia, congedo maternità, congedo paternità e servizio militare
  • Controllo e contabilizzazione dei conteggi delle assicurazioni sociali (AVS, IPG, LAINF, cassa pensione, ecc.)
  • Gestione e verifica degli assegni familiari
  • Elaborazione e controllo dei conteggi dell'imposta alla fonte
  • Stretta collaborazione con l'Amministrazione HR e gli HR Business Partner
  • Consulenza ai collaboratori su tematiche salariali e assicurative
  • Punto di contatto principale per assicurazioni, autorità e amministrazioni fiscali

  • Formazione commerciale o titolo equivalente; una specializzazione nell'ambito payroll e/o delle assicurazioni sociali costituisce un vantaggio
  • Diversi anni di esperienza professionale in una funzione analoga nell'ambito payroll.
  • La conoscenza di SAP rappresenta un vantaggio
  • Ottima conoscenza dell'italiano e del tedesco, sia scritto che parlato, indispensabile per supportare collaboratori e responsabili nelle regioni italofone e germanofone della Svizzera; la conoscenza del francese costituisce un vantaggio
  • Metodo di lavoro autonomo, preciso e orientato alle scadenze, unito a una forte attenzione al servizio
  • Persona motivata, orientata al lavoro di squadra e aperta al cambiamento e a nuove opportunità
