Payroll Specialist 80\-100% (m/w/d)

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören:

  • Erstellung der monatlichen Lohnläufe inkl. Auszahlung und Abrechnung mit Sozialversicherungsträgern
  • Administration und Abrechnung bei Unfällen, Krankheit, Mutter\-/Vaterschaft, Familienzulagen sowie AHV\-Anmeldungen
  • Erstellung von Jahresendabrechnungen
  • Entwicklung und Aufbereitung von Statistiken und Kennzahlen aus dem Lohnprogramm
  • Quartals\- und Jahresabschlussarbeiten inkl. Sozialversicherungsdeklarationen
  • Aufbereitung der Ferien\- und Überstunden\-Abgrenzungen
  • Kontaktpflege zu Institutionen und Ämtern
  • Datenpflege im Personalsystem Infoniqa/Sage2000
  • Mitarbeit bei der Zeiterfassung (plus\-time)
  • Mitarbeit in HR\-Projekten und bei der Optimierung von HR\-Prozessen
  • Allgemeine administrative Unterstützung der HR\-Abteilung
  • Stellvertretung des HR\-Teams und der Sachbearbeiterin Telefonzentrale/Empfang

Unsere Anforderungen sind:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit einer Weiterbildung als Payroll Expert, HR\-Fachperson, Sozialversicherungsfachperson oder einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige, fundierte Berufserfahrung in der eigenständigen Lohnverarbeitung
  • Umfassende Kenntnisse des Schweizer Sozialversicherungssystems
  • Ausgeprägtes Fachwissen im Bereich der beruflichen Vorsorge (BVG/Pensionskasse) sowie ein gutes Verständnis für finanzielle Zusammenhänge, Abstimmungs\- und Abschlussarbeiten
  • Selbstständige, verantwortungsbewusste und präzise Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations\- und Beratungskompetenz
  • Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und Freude an bereichsübergreifender Zusammenarbeit
  • Hohe IT\-Affinität sowie Begeisterung für systemtechnische Fragestellungen, Tests und die kontinuierliche Optimierung und Digitalisierung von Payroll\-Prozessen
