Zur Überbrückung suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine zuverlässige, exakte und pragmatisch handelnde Persönlichkeit mit fundiertem Payroll\-Know\-how, die die Lohnverarbeitung im Rahmen eines Interim\-Mandats sicherstellt.

Ihr Verantwortungsbereich

* Sicherstellung einer lückenlosen und termingerechten monatlichen Lohnverarbeitung während der Interimszeit inklusive Kontrolle und Plausibilisierung von Lohnänderungen, variablen Vergütungen und Abzügen * Kompetente Ansprechperson für Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte in sämtlichen Payroll\- und HR\-Fragen entlang des gesamten Employee Life Cycle * Administrative und lohnrelevante Abwicklung von Ein\- und Austritten sowie Mutationen inklusive korrekter Schlussabrechnungen * Bearbeitung von Sozialversicherungen, Quellensteuern, Absenzen sowie Vorsorge\- und Versicherungsthemen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit externen Stellen * Durchführung der Jahresendprozesse, Lohnmeldungen und gesetzlichen Deklarationen sowie Erstellung von Reports zu Personalkosten und HR\-Kennzahlen * Dokumentation und Optimierung der Payroll\-Prozesse sowie strukturierte Übergabe an die Nachfolge Ihr Profil

* Kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit höherer Weiterbildung im HR\- oder Payroll\-Bereich (z. B. HR\-Fachausweis, Sozialversicherungs\-Fachausweis oder vergleichbar) * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im HR, idealerweise als Payroll Specialist in einem Schweizer Unternehmen, Erfahrung in Interim\-Mandaten von Vorteil * Sicherer Umgang mit Arbeitsberechtigungen und den lohnrelevanten Besonderheiten von Grenzgängern * Gute Kenntnisse von HR\-, Payroll\- und Zeitwirtschaftssystemen; Erfahrung mit Infoniqa 200, Infoniqa HCM, DocuWare, PSI BDE/PZ, PSI BDE/PZ\-ESS, BSD ZUKO oder Zeugnismanager von Vorteil * Exakte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise, schnelle Auffassungsgabe und die Fähigkeit, sich rasch in neue Systeme und Abläufe einzuarbeiten * Sehr gute Deutsch\- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie kurzfristige Verfügbarkeit Ihre Benefits
