Für unseren Kunden suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte und erfahrene Persönlichkeit im Bereich Payroll. In dieser vielseitigen Position übernimmst du die Verantwortung für die monatliche Lohnabrechnung, bist kompetente Ansprechperson für alle lohnrelevanten Fragestellungen und bringst dein Fachwissen aktiv in HR-Projekte ein. Ihre Aufgaben Verantworten der Lohnabrechnung für rund 1'500 Mitarbeitende Durchführen des monatlichen Lohnabrechnungsprozesses für zwei Abrechnungskreise Erfassen und Pflegen von Lohnmutationen sowie Abrechnen von Sonderzahlungen Verarbeiten von Mutationen der Pensionskasse sowie Abrechnen der Pensionskasse Betreuen der Mitarbeitenden als Ansprechperson in allen lohnrelevanten Fragestellungen Erstellen von Jahreseinkommensbestätigungen sowie Jahresabrechnungen für Lohn- und Quellensteuer Vertreten der Kollegen im Sozialversicherungsmanagement Mitwirken in HR-Projekten Ihr Profil Kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Personalwesen und/oder Payroll Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Payroll-Umfeld Sehr gute Kenntnisse in HR-SAP-Prozessen (Stammdaten, Zeiten, Auswertungen und Abrechnungsdaten) Erfahrung in SuccessFactors Selbstständige, zuverlässige und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise Hohe Diskretion sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit Gute Englischkenntnisse Wünschenswert Erfahrung in der Stellvertretung von HR-Teammitgliedern Interesse an der Mitgestaltung von HR-Prozessen Affinität zu digitalen HR-Tools Das Angebot Flexible Arbeitszeiten, damit sich Beruf und Privatleben gut miteinander vereinbaren lassen Ergonomische Arbeitsplätze, regelmässige Obsttage, eigene Fitness- und Trainingsräume sowie wöchentliche Sportkurse und Lauftreffs Attraktive Unterstützung bei der betrieblichen Altersvorsorge Vielfältige interne und externe Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten, unter anderem über die thyssenkrupp Academy und externe Bildungspartner Vergünstigte Mahlzeiten in der Kantine sowie gesunde Snacks an den Verpflegungsautomaten Regelmässige Firmenevents wie Sommergrillfest, Skitag und Weihnachtsfeier Attraktive Vergünstigungen bei verschiedenen Geschäften und Partnern
