Um zehn will ein Kunde bis Mittag eine Lösung. Und am Monatsende muss jeder Lohn stimmen, auf den Franken genau. Genau dafür suche ich dich. Bei avoris, deiner Personalberatung in Schaan, verantwortest du die Lohnadministration, führst das Backoffice und sorgst dafür, dass jeder Einsatz im Personalverleih sauber abgewickelt wird. Überschaubar, klar strukturiert in zvoove und mit einem festen Monatskalender. Wenn Backoffice und Lohn sitzen, kommt der Kontakt nach vorne dazu. Dann machen Menschen rund 40 Prozent deiner Arbeit aus. Du bist für unsere bestehenden Firmenkunden und deren Personalverantwortliche die verlässliche Ansprechperson, stehst täglich in Kontakt mit Kandidatinnen und Kandidaten und verantwortest den Rekrutierungsprozess von der Auftragsaufnahme über Suche, Interview und Referenzen bis zum erfolgreichen Einsatz. Ihre Aufgaben Monats- und Stundenlöhne für die Schweiz und Liechtenstein abrechnen, Eintritte und Stunden vor dem Lohnlauf prüfen Krankheit und Unfall abwickeln, Arbeitsbewilligungen beantragen und verlängern Bescheinigungen, monatliche Meldungen und Kundenreportings erstellen, Arbeitszeugnisse schreiben Mitarbeitende bei Fragen zu Lohn, Sozialversicherungen und Quellensteuer kompetent beraten Einsatz- und Verleihverträge erstellen, Vertragsunterschrift führen, Ein- und Austritte abwickeln, Dossiers und Stammdaten pflegen Firmenkunden betreuen, Rekrutierung von der Auftragsaufnahme bis zum Einsatz verantworten Ihr Profil Kaufmännische Grundbildung und mehrere Jahre Lohnerfahrung, idealerweise mit Stundenlöhnen Sicheres Wissen in Sozialversicherungen und Quellensteuer Sichere schriftliche Ausdrucksweise, passend zum jeweiligen Gegenüber Genaue und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie offene, klare Kommunikation Wünschenswert Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht CH und FL Erfahrung im Personalverleih Das Angebot Strukturierte Einarbeitung: drei Monate lang 2-3 Stunden pro Woche, erster Lohnlauf gemeinsam, Standortgespräche nach 1 und 3 Monaten Eigenverantwortung: der Lohn ist dein Revier Flexibles Pensum zwischen 80 und 100 Prozent Präsenz statt Homeoffice: Bei uns stehen die Menschen einfach in der Tür.
