Zur Verstärkung unseres eigenen Teams suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit, die Freude am Umgang mit Menschen hat und den Personalberatungsmarkt bereits kennt.

Dein Arbeitsalltag

  • Du betreust den gesamten Rekrutierungsprozess, von der Kandidatensuche über die Vorselektion bis zur erfolgreichen Vermittlung
  • Du führst Bewerbungsgespräche und beurteilst Kandidat:innen fundiert hinsichtlich fachlicher und persönlicher Eignung
  • Du berätst und betreust unsere Kundenunternehmen persönlich und auf Augenhöhe
  • Du baust bestehende Kundenbeziehungen aus und entwickelst aktiv neue Kontakte
  • Du behältst den Markt im Auge und bringst dein Netzwerk sowie deine Marktkenntnisse aktiv ins Team ein

Das bist du

  • Du verfügst über mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Personalvermittlung und/oder im Personalverleih
  • Du hast ein gutes Gespür für Menschen und ein ausgeprägtes Kommunikationstalent
  • Du arbeitest selbständig, lösungsorientiert und behältst auch in dynamischen Situationen den Überblick
  • Du bringst unternehmerisches Denken und Verhandlungsgeschick mit
  • Du bist stilsicher in Deutsch, weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Idealerweise verfügst du bereits über ein eigenes Netzwerk in der Region Basel
