Dein Alltag – persönlich, digital und mittendrin

  • Du lernst unsere Bewerber persönlich kennen und führst Vorstellungsgespräche.
  • Du pflegst persönliche und langfristige Beziehungen zu unseren temporären Mitarbeitenden und Firmenkunden.
  • Neue Bewerber und Firmenkunden gewinnst du aktiv – persönlich, telefonisch, per WhatsApp oder mit eigenen Videobotschaften. Dabei stehst du auch selbst vor der Kamera.
  • Auf Social Media bist du ebenfalls aktiv, drehst eigene Videos und machst Fotos mit unseren Bewerbern und temporären Mitarbeitenden.
  • Du bringst passende Bewerber und Firmen zusammen und koordinierst ihre Einsätze.
  • Auch die Administration rund um Bewerber, Kunden und Einsätze gehört zu deinem Alltag.

Dich erwartet ein dynamisches Arbeitsumfeld, das dich täglich herausfordert, 6 Wochen Ferien sowie eine sorgfältige Einarbeitung.

Du hast deine Berufslehre (EFZ) in einem kunden\- oder dienstleistungsorientierten Umfeld abgeschlossen – idealerweise in der Hotellerie, im Detailhandel, im Verkauf oder in einer kaufmännischen Funktion in der Privatwirtschaft.

Bist du zwischen 20 und 30 Jahre alt, gehst offen auf Menschen zu und hast Freude am Verkauf und an der aktiven Kundenakquise? Erfahrung in der Personalvermittlung brauchst du nicht!
