Art der Arbeit

  • Betreuung und Ausbau von Kundenbeziehungen im Bereich Technik, Industrie und Logistik
  • Rekrutierung und Vermittlung von qualifizierten Fachkräften
  • Führen von Interviews und Beurteilung von Kandidatenprofilen
  • Aktive Akquisition von Neukunden sowie Ausbau bestehender Partnerschaften
  • Erstellung und Schaltung von Stelleninseraten
  • Begleitung des gesamten Vermittlungsprozesses von der Rekrutierung bis zur erfolgreichen Stellenbesetzung
  • Pflege und Ausbau des Kandidatennetzwerks

Anforderungsprofil

  • Erste Erfahrung im Recruiting, HR, Vertrieb, Kundenservice oder einer vergleichbaren Funktion von Vorteil
  • Alternativ grosses Interesse am Einstieg in die Personalberatung
  • Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und am Aufbau langfristiger Beziehungen
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations\- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten
  • Hohe Service\- und Qualitätsorientierung
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Unternehmerisches Denken sowie Eigeninitiative
  • Gute EDV\-Kenntnisse
  • Stilsicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
  • Englisch von Vorteil, Französisch ein grosses Plus
