Personalberater/Personalberaterin 100%

Ihr Aufgabengebiet Sie erledigen anfallende Arbeiten der Personalberatung und stehen als Ansprechperson in telefonischem wie auch in direktem Kontakt zu den Bewerbern, temporären Mitarbeitenden und unseren Kunden. Sie stehen in engem Kontakt mit unserer Kundschaft und bauen zusätzlich neue Beziehungen auf. Sie stehen in engem Kontakt mit der Kundschaft in den Bereichen Bauhaupt\-/Baunebengewerbe sowie Gebäudetechnik und bauen zusätzlich neue Beziehungen auf.

Ihre Hauptaufgaben

  • Kundenbetreuung und \-gewinnung
  • Stelleninserate gemäss Kundenauftrag ausschreiben
  • analysieren und selektionieren der Bewerbungen
  • disponieren der Kundenaufträge
  • akquirieren von Neukunden
  • Vorstellungsgespräche mit Stellensuchenden führen
  • Auf\- und Vorbereitung der Personaldossiers

Ihr Profil * zielstrebige Persönlichkeit mit einer abgeschlossenen Grundbildung * sympathisches Auftreten sowie ein verkäuferisches Flair * kommunikative Fähigkeiten gepaart mit vernetztem Denken * zuverlässig, dienstleistungsorientiert und selbständig * Führerschein Kat. B
