Ihre Aufgaben – Ihr Beitrag zu unserem Erfolg -----------------------------------------------

  • Aktiver Ausbau unseres Kundenportfolios durch gezielte Neukundenakquise am Telefon und im Aussendienst.
  • Gewinnung neuer Kunden und Pflege bestehender Partnerschaften durch den Aufbau langfristiger und vertrauensvoller Geschäftsbeziehungen.
  • Analyse des Personalbedarfs unserer Kunden und Entwicklung passender, individueller Personallösungen.
  • Rekrutierung, Auswahl und Vermittlung qualifizierter Kandidaten, abgestimmt auf die Anforderungen unserer Kunden.
  • Professionelle Betreuung laufender Einsätze mit dem Ziel, eine hohe Zufriedenheit bei Kunden und Mitarbeitenden sicherzustellen.
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung der Agenturentwicklung mit direktem Einfluss auf Wachstum, Marktposition und Geschäftserfolg.

Ihr Profil – Verkaufstalent mit Unternehmergeist --------------------------------------------------

  • Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Erfahrung im Verkauf und in der Neukundenakquise – diese Erfahrung ist zwingend erforderlich.
  • Erfahrung in der Personalvermittlung oder im Personalverleih ist von Vorteil.
  • Sie sind eine selbstständige, proaktive und zielorientierte Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägtem Erfolgswillen.
  • Sie überzeugen durch starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Verhandlungsgeschick und ein sicheres Auftreten.
  • Sie sprechen fliessend Deutsch und ösisch.
  • Sie kennen den Schweizer Markt gut, idealerweise die Wirtschaftsregion Basel.
  • Sie denken unternehmerisch, erkennen Geschäftspotenziale und haben Freude daran, aus Chancen konkrete Erfolge zu machen.
