Tâches ##

  • Assurer la prise en charge individuelle et professionnelle des résidents.
  • Gérer les planifications et la documentation des soins.
  • Réaliser des évaluations RAI-HC et participer aux formations.

Compétences ##

  • Diplôme de soins infirmiers HF ou équivalent exigé.
  • Expérience en soins de longue durée ou Spitex appréciée.
  • Connaissance des processus RAI-HC souhaitée.

Votre futur employeur fait partie d-un prestataire actif dans toute la Suisse offrant des services liés à la vie des personnes âgées et emploie environ 4'000 collaborateurs. L-offre combine des prestations ambulatoires et stationnaires et comprend un habitat autonome accompagné, des soins complets ainsi que des services Spitex. Pour un site dans la région de Berne, nous recherchons immédiatement ou selon accord un(e) infirmier diplômé HF 40-100 % avec fonction supplémentaire de responsable RAI-HC.

Vos tâches chez le nouvel employeur

  • Soigner et accompagner les résidents de manière individuelle et professionnelle et assurer un accompagnement conforme aux exigences 
  • Assumer la responsabilité quotidienne, établir les plans de soins et la documentation des soins et représenter la direction des soins en cas d-absence 
  • Réaliser les évaluations des besoins avec RAI-HC ainsi que les évaluations RAI et BMF dans les délais impartis 
  • Participer aux rapports, réunions d-équipe et formations et transmettre vos connaissances spécialisées aux collègues et aux apprenants 

Ce que vous apportez

  • Formation achevée en tant qu-infirmier diplômé HF ou formation équivalente 
  • Expérience professionnelle de plusieurs années dans les soins de longue durée ou dans le domaine Spitex est un avantage 
  • Bonnes connaissances dans le domaine RAI-HC sont un atout 
  • Mode de travail autonome et compétent, réflexion active ainsi qu-une approche empathique et respectueuse
