Ihr Einsatz

  • Sie sind mit der diplomierten Pflegefachperson zusammen für die individuelle Betreuung von chronisch und akutkranken Patienten mit nephrologischen Krankheitsbild zuständig.
  • Sie übernehmen vielseitige, anspruchsvolle Aufgaben in der Vorbereitung und der Nachbereitung für die Dialysebehandlungen.
  • Sie übernehmen Verantwortung für hauswirtschaftliche Tätigkeiten und einen Teil der Materiallogistik.
  • Sie begleiten Ihre Patientinnen und Patienten während der Dialyse und gehen empathisch auf persönliche Fragen und Probleme ein.

Ihr Profil:

  • Sie verfügen über eine medizinische Ausbildung wie Pflegeassistentin, Dentalassistentin oder Pflegehelferin SRK (m/w/d).
  • Sie schätzen den Umgang mit chronisch kranken Menschen und begegnen ihnen respektvoll und mit Wertschätzung.
  • Sie haben ein Flair für technische Geräte
  • hoher Qualitätsstandard und zielorientierte Teamarbeit stehen für Sie im Vordergrund
  • Gewissenhaftes und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten gehören zu Ihren Stärken
