Aufgrund eines Geburtsurlaubes suchen wir befristet ein:e Pflegeexpert:in mit Aussicht auf eine allfällige Festanstellung.

**Das erwartet Sie**

* Förderung einer bestmöglichen Betreuung der Patient:innen unter Einbezug von "Best practice" * Beratung, Unterstützung und Befähigung des Teams in der klinischen Praxis * Mitverantwortung für die Entwicklung und Förderung der Pflegequalität am Standort Riggisberg * Leitung und Mitarbeit in Projekten der standortspezifischen Praxisentwicklung und Direktion Pflege * Vertretung der Fachentwicklung im 3-Bein Führungsgremium Pflegedienst am Standort Riggisberg * Teilnahme und Vertretung der Fachentwicklung Riggisberg im Pflegeexpert:innen Gremium Medizinbereich Rehabilitation, Sportmedizin und Landspitäler

* Pflegewissenschaftliches Studium mit Masterabschluss in Nursing of Science * Hohe Sozial- und Leadershipkompetenzen * Motivation, Engagement und Belastbarkeit * Vernetzungs- und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit * Handeln und Denken nach patientenorientierten Lösungsprozessen * Interesse an Einarbeitung in das Fachgebiet der Neuro Rehabilitation
