Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für die Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung der Pflegequalität in der Einrichtung ?
  • Fachliche Beratung und Unterstützung des Pflegepersonals in allen pflegerischen Belangen ?--?--
  • Durchführung von Schulungen und Weiterbildungen für das Pflegepersonal zur Förderung der Fachkompetenz ?
  • Entwicklung, Implementierung und Evaluation von Pflegekonzepten und -prozessen ?
  • Analyse von Pflegeprozessen und Identifikation von Verbesserungspotenzialen zur Steigerung der Pflegequalität ?
  • Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams zur optimalen Betreuung und Pflege der Patienten ?--??--
  • Mitwirkung bei der Gestaltung und Umsetzung von Pflegestandards und -richtlinien ?

Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachperson (HF/FH) mit entsprechender Weiterbildung zur Pflegeexpertin / zum Pflegeexperten ?
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in der Pflege sowie in der Leitung oder Beratung von Pflegeprozessen ?
  • Hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Fachwissen in der Pflegequalität und -entwicklung ?
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Teamgeist und Führungskompetenz --
  • Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung und Teilnahme an Fachweiterbildungen ?
