  • Pflege mit Heimvorteil: Du pflegst und betreust Klientinnen und Klienten zu Hause und sorgst dafür, dass sie in ihrem vertrauten Umfeld gut versorgt sind
  • Du sitzt am Steuer: Du übernimmst die Fallführung, planst und steuerst Pflegeprozesse und führst Bedarfsabklärungen sowie Reassessments mit interRAI HC durch
