Ton nouveau lieu de travail est plus grand qu-une chambre de service ! Dans une organisation Spitex innovante et à but non lucratif de la région de Lucerne, un poste t-attend en tant que infirmière diplômée HF/FH ou infirmier diplômé HF/FH où tu ne te contenteras pas d-élargir tes horizons, mais tu changeras régulièrement de lieu. Environ 90 collaborateurs veillent ensemble à ce que les personnes puissent vivre de manière autonome à domicile aussi longtemps que possible. Des soins à la psychiatrie en passant par la physiothérapie : ici, différents domaines spécialisés se rencontrent. Et toi ? Tu recevras confiance, responsabilités et beaucoup de variété. Aucun jour ne ressemble à un autre. Aucun appartement n-est pareil au suivant. Et derrière chaque porte se cache une nouvelle histoire.

Ton domaine d-action - Clé en main, responsabilités activées !

  • Soins avec avantage à domicile : tu soignes et accompagnes les clients à domicile et veilles à ce qu-ils soient bien pris en charge dans leur environnement familier
  • Tu es aux commandes : tu assumes la gestion des cas, planifies et diriges les processus de soins et réalises des évaluations des besoins ainsi que des réévaluations avec interRAI HC
  • Bien connecté plutôt que seul : tu coordonnes avec les proches, les cabinets médicaux, les pharmacies et d-autres professionnels
  • Le savoir est fait pour être partagé : tu accompagnes les apprentis et les étudiants et soutiens la prochaine génération de professionnels des soins

  • Connaissances spécialisées en bagage : diplôme d-infirmière ou infirmier HF ou une formation équivalente reconnue par la Croix-Rouge suisse
  • L-autonomie te convient : tu travailles de manière structurée, prospective et prends volontiers des responsabilités
  • Les personnes avant la routine : tu es empathique, patient, flexible et gardes une vue d-ensemble même dans des situations difficiles
  • Prêt pour le prochain trajet : tu communiques avec assurance en allemand et possèdes le permis de conduire catégorie B
