  • Sie führen gängige onkologische, rheumatologische und weitere medizinische Therapien durch. Dabei beraten und begleiten Sie Patientinnen und Patienten aus verschiedenen Fachbereichen kompetent im Umgang mit den Therapien und deren möglichen Auswirkungen
  • Sie stellen eine professionelle und wirksame Pflege und Betreuung sicher und überwachen unsere ambulanten Patientinnen und Patienten während Infusionstherapien und Punktionen
  • Sie arbeiten eng und kooperativ im interdisziplinären Behandlungsteam zusammen und tragen aktiv zur Weiterentwicklung der Pflege- und Behandlungsqualität bei
  • Gemeinsam mit dem Pflege- und Behandlungsteam entwickeln Sie das Angebot der Tagesklinik Medizin weiter und bringen Ihr Fachwissen sowie Ihre Ideen aktiv ein

Ihre Erfahrung ###

  • Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als diplomierte Pflegefachperson HF/FH oder DN II
  • Sie haben vorzugsweise bereits Erfahrung in der ambulanten oder stationären Betreuung von Patient\*Innen mit onkologischen Erkrankungen. Idealerweise bringen Sie bereits ein CAS Onkologie mit oder sind bereit, dieses zu absolvieren
  • Sie überzeugen als initiative Persönlichkeit mit einem ausgeprägten Dienstleistungs- und Qualitätsbewusstsein sowie guten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten. Zudem arbeiten Sie sicher und gerne mit digitalen Anwendungen
  • Mit Ihrer ausgeprägten Sozialkompetenz, Empathie und Ihrem Gespür für individuelle Bedürfnisse schaffen Sie Vertrauen und begleiten chronisch kranke Patientinnen und Patienten kompetent und wertschätzend durch ihren Behandlungsalltag
