The posting

Das Pflegezentrum Seematt liegt an herrlicher Lage direkt am Vierwaldstättersee und wenige Gehminuten vom Dorfkern Küssnacht am Rigi entfernt. Kostenlose Parkplätze stehen direkt vor dem Haus zur Verfügung und auch mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sind wir schnell erreichbar aus Luzern, Zug und Schwyz.

Das Pflegezentrum besteht aus dem Haus Rigi, Haus Pilatus und der Wohngruppe Mythen. Wir bieten für 89 Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner mit individuellen Bedürfnissen und unterschiedlichem Pflegebedarf ein Zuhause. 

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir nach Vereinbarung eine erfahrene, selbstständige und flexible

Pflegefachperson HF, DNII, AKP, DNI, FaGe oder Pflegeassistent/-in SRK für den Nachtdienst 40 - 60 %

Sie sind verantwortlich für die professionelle Pflege und Betreuung unserer Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner und schätzen es, in der Nacht zu arbeiten.

Wir erwarten von Ihnen:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als dipl. Pflegefachperson HF, DNII, AKP, DNI, FaGe oder Pflegeassistent/-in SRK (Wiedereinsteigerinnen / Wiedereinsteiger willkommen)
  • Berufserfahrung in der Langzeitpflege
  • Hohe Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
  • Selbstständiges und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
  • Teamfähigkeit, Aufgeschlossenheit und Empathie
  • gute Kenntnisse der elektronischen Pflegedokumentation und RAI
  • Sie verfügen über sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Deutschkenntnisse
