Mit jährlich rund 70'000 Konsultationen in Grund\-, Spezial\- und Notfallversorgung und über 5'000 Operationen aller Schweregrade ist Uroviva eine bedeutende Anbieterin urologischer Dienstleistungen in der Schweiz. Wir suchen für unseren Hauptstandort in Bülach per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine

Pflegefachperson HF / FH 40\-100%

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie übernehmen die professionelle Pflege und Betreuung unserer Patientinnen und Patienten
  • Sie führen die Grund\- und Behandlungspflege durch
  • Übernahme organisatorischer und administrativer Aufgaben auf der Abteilung
  • Selbstständige Triage und Behandlung von Notfällen ausserhalb der Sprechstundenzeiten
  • Selbstständige prä\- und postoperative Überwachung der Patienten und Patientinnen auf der Abteilung
  • Selbstständige Überwachung von IMC\-Patienten und Patientinnen auf der Abteilung
  • Förderung einer guten Zusammenarbeit im Team mit unterschiedlichen Ausbildungs\- und Erfahrungsniveaus (Grade\- und Skillmix) sowie Mitbetreuung von HF\-Studierenden und FaGe\-Lernenden

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Pflegefachperson HF oder vom SRK anerkanntes Diplom als Pflegefachperson HF
  • Ausgewiesene Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise in der Urologie
  • Sie besitzen ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sie sind eine engagierte und kollegiale Persönlichkeit mit Freude am Beruf
  • Sie sind eine belastbare, flexible, zuverlässige und kontaktfreudige Person mit einer hohen Motivation und rascher Auffassungsgabe
