Pflegefachperson mit Ausbildungsfunktion (FAGE, HF) 40\-80% ===========================================================

Auf unserer neuen Ausbildungsstation steht Lernen genauso im Mittelpunkt wie eine professionelle und herzliche Betreuung unserer Bewohnenden. Dafür suchen wir Mitarbeitende, die beides mit Überzeugung und Leidenschaft leben.

Sie begleiten unsere FAGE\- und AGS\-Lernenden dort, wo sie am meistern lernen: mitten im Pflegealltag. Die organisatorische und administrative Ausbildungs\- verantwortung liegt bei unserem Berufsbildner\-Team, mit dem Sie eng zusammenarbeiten. Ihr Schwerpunkt liegt auf der praktischen Begleitung und Förderung der Lernenden sowie einer qualitativ hochwertigen Pflege unserer Bewohnenden. Die Stelle ist ab 1\. Januar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung zu besetzen.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Pflegealltag als Lernort gestalten, Alltagssituationen gezielt für die Ausbildung nutzen sowie die fachliche und persönliche Entwicklung der Lernenden fördern
  • Lernsituationen reflektieren, dokumentieren sowie Lernende mit konstruktiven und wertschätzenden Rückmeldungen unterstützen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Berufsbildner\-Team
  • Übernahme der Tagesverantwortung

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als FAGE oder HF
  • Erfahrung in der Ausbildung, Anleitung oder Begleitung von Lernenden
  • Idealerweise Berufserfahrung in der Langzeitpflege
  • Sicherer Umgang mit elektronischer Pflegedokumentation sowie digitalen Arbeitsmitteln
  • Offenheit für neue Perspektiven und Ideen
  • Freude den Aufbau unserer Ausbildungsstation aktiv mitzuprägen
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
