Die tilia Stiftung für Langzeitpflege ist die führende Anbieterin von komplexer Langzeitpflege in der Region Bern. An fünf Standorten begleiten wir Menschen ab dem 18\. Lebensjahr, die auf Pflege und Betreuung angewiesen sind. Unsere Angebote umfassen stationäre Langzeit\-Wohnbereiche, Fachabteilungen für Menschen mit Demenz und Respirationserkrankungen sowie neurologische und bariatrische Langzeitpflege, ergänzt durch ambulante Angebote. Wir arbeiten nach dem Pflegeorganisationssystem der Bezugspflege. Palliative Care ist dabei ein integraler Bestandteil unserer pflegerischen Haltung und unseres täglichen Handelns.

Ihre Aufgabe

  • Übernahme von kurzfristigen Einsätzen
  • Sicherstellung einer fachgerechten Pflege und Betreuung
  • Führen der Pflegedokumentation
  • Ergänzung von unterschiedlichen Pflegeteams

Unsere Anforderungen

  • Diplom als Pflegefachperson HF/FH oder Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ oder Pflegehelfer/in SRK
  • Offenheit gegenüber Neuem
  • Selbständigkeit und hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung
  • Pflegeerfahrung und Freude am Pflegeberuf in der Langzeitpflege

Als Pool Mitarbeitende entscheiden Sie, ob Sie einen Einsatz annehmen. Sie haben so die Möglichkeit Ihren Dienstplan nach Ihren Bedürfnissen zu gestalten. Die Einsatzanfragen erfolgen kurzfristig und nach den Bedürfnissen von tilia. Sie profitieren von einer guten Einführung. Dabei lernen Sie die verschiedenen Wohnbereiche sowie die Pflegedokumentation, Prozesse und Abläufe am Standort tilia Köniz kennen und können mit dieser Erfahrung auch Einsätze an anderen tilia\-Standorten übernehmen. Wir bieten Ihnen die Mitarbeit in verschiedenen Teams und so einen spannenden, abwechslungsreichen und flexiblen Arbeitsplatz. Die geleisteten Pool\-Stunden werden im Folgemonat inklusive Zulagen ausbezahlt und der Arbeitsweg darf als Arbeitszeit notiert werden.
