Pflegefachperson Pädiatrische Care im Aussendienst (80–100%)

SOS Oxygène SA ist ein spezialisierter Homecare\-Anbieter im Bereich der respiratorischen Versorgung. Wir begleiten Patient:innen mit komplexen medizinischen Bedürfnissen in ihrem häuslichen Umfeld und arbeiten eng mit Spitälern, Ärzt:innen, Pflegeorganisationen, Therapeut:innen sowie Angehörigen zusammen.

Zur Erweiterung unseres pädiatrischen Homecare\-Angebots suchen wir eine engagierte Pflegefachperson für Pädiatrische Care (80–100%).

Die Tätigkeit erfolgt überwiegend im Aussendienst bei Kindern und Jugendlichen zu Hause. Gemeinsam mit den Familien und den beteiligten Fachpersonen tragen Sie zu einer sicheren, qualitativ hochwertigen und möglichst selbstbestimmten Versorgung bei.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Betreuung von Kindern und Jugendlichen mit komplexen respiratorischen Bedürfnissen, insbesondere im Bereich der nicht\-invasiven und invasiven Beatmung sowie der Sauerstofftherapie
  • Regelmässige Hausbesuche bei Kindern und Familien im zugeteilten Versorgungsgebiet in der Deutschschweiz
  • Beratung, Begleitung und Schulung von Eltern, Angehörigen und weiteren Bezugspersonen im Umgang mit Therapien und medizinischen Geräten
  • Koordination der Versorgung und Unterstützung bei Übergängen vom Spital nach Hause, in Zusammenarbeit mit Kinderärzt:innen, Spitälern, Kinderspitex, Therapeut:innen sowie weiteren Versorgungspartnern

Ihr Profil

  • Diplomierte Pflegefachperson HF oder FH mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung im pädiatrischen Bereich oder vergleichbarer Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in der Betreuung von Kindern mit pädiatrischer Beatmung, Palliative Care, Intensivpflege oder Homecare
  • Erfahrung mit respiratorischen Therapien, insbesondere Sauerstofftherapie und Beatmung, von Vorteil
  • Selbstständige, verantwortungsbewusste und flexible Persönlichkeit mit hoher Organisationsfähigkeit und Freude an der interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit
  • Empathische und situationsgerechte Kommunikation mit Kindern, Eltern und Fachpersonen
  • Bereitschaft zu einer überwiegenden Aussendiensttätigkeit mit Hausbesuchen
  • Führerausweis Kategorie B erforderlich
