Wo du wirkst Als Mitarbeiter/in im Flex-Pool bist du flexibel in unterschiedlichen Bereichen des Gesundheits- und Sozialwesens tätig. Dein Einsatz richtet sich nach deiner Qualifikation, deiner Berufserfahrung, deinen persönlichen Stärken und deiner Verfügbarkeit. Du lernst verschiedene Arbeitsbereiche, Teams und Aufgaben kennen und kannst deine Kompetenzen vielseitig einbringen.

Deine Aufgaben Du unterstützt die jeweiligen Teams professionell, zuverlässig und bedarfsgerecht im Arbeitsalltag. Je nach Ausbildung und Einsatzgebiet übernimmst du unterschiedliche Aufgaben in der Pflege, Betreuung, Begleitung und Beratung.

Dazu gehören insbesondere: Pflege und Betreuung von Menschen mit unterschiedlichen Unterstützungs- und Pflegebedürfnissen Unterstützung bei den Aktivitäten des täglichen Lebens Beobachtung und Einschätzung des Gesundheitszustandes Durchführung pflegerischer Massnahmen im Rahmen deiner Kompetenzen Dokumentation der erbrachten Leistungen Zusammenarbeit mit interprofessionellen Teams Unterstützung bei personellen Engpässen und erhöhtem Arbeitsaufkommen Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Hygiene- und Sicherheitsstandards Wertschätzende Kommunikation mit betreuten Personen und deren Angehörigen

Das bringst du mit Du verfügst idealerweise über eine Ausbildung oder Berufserfahrung im Gesundheits- oder Sozialbereich, zum Beispiel als: Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ Assistent/in Gesundheit und Soziales EBA Pflegehelfer/in SRK Fachperson Betreuung EFZ oder mit einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation

Wichtig sind uns zudem Flexibilität, Zuverlässigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Teamfähigkeit und Freude an abwechslungsreichen Einsätzen.
