Das kannst du bewirken

  • Du berätst unsere Kundschaft telefonisch bei Fragen zu Medikamenten und Gesundheitsdienstleistungen
  • Du nimmst Bestellungen entgegen, gibst Auskünfte zu Produkten und Dienstleistungen und sorgst für eine reibungslose Abwicklung
  • Du klärst pharmazeutische Fragen im Zusammenhang mit Arztrezepten kompetent ab und unterstützt so Ärzte, Patienten und externe Partner in der ganzen Schweiz
  • Du stärkst das Vertrauen unserer Kundschaft durch deine empathische, professionelle Kommunikation und deine Fähigkeit, auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen den Überblick zu behalten

Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossene Lehre als Fachfrau/Fachmann Apotheke mit eidgenössischem Fähigkeitszeugnis (EFZ) sowie Berufserfahrung
  • Freude an der telefonischen Beratung, verbunden mit hoher Dienstleistungsbereitschaft und klarer Ausdrucksfähigkeit
  • Eine zuverlässige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie die Fähigkeit, auch unter Zeitdruck freundlich
  • und konzentriert zu bleiben
  • Deutsch auf Muttersprachniveau, ösisch\- oder Italienischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
