Gesucht wird eine/n Pharma\-Betriebsassistent(in) (80–100%).

In dieser vielseitigen Funktion betreuen und beraten Sie die Kundschaft kompetent und persönlich und unterstützen das Apothekenteam im Tagesgeschäft. Dabei arbeiten Sie eng mit den Apothekern/innen und weiteren Teammitgliedern zusammen und tragen zu einem reibungslosen Ablauf sowie einer hohen Servicequalität bei.

Ihre Hauptaufgaben

  • Organisation und Koordination der täglichen Betriebsabläufe in der Apotheke
  • Unterstützung der Apothekenleitung in administrativen und betriebswirtschaftlichen Aufgaben
  • Verantwortung für Warenbewirtschaftung, Bestellwesen und Lageroptimierung
  • Unterstützung im Rechnungs\-, Mahn\- und Abrechnungswesen
  • Mitwirkung bei Buchhaltung, Controlling und der Auswertung relevanter Betriebskennzahlen
  • Planung und Umsetzung von Verkaufsförderungs\- und Marketingmassnahmen
  • Sicherstellung einer attraktiven Warenpräsentation und eines professionellen Verkaufsumfelds
  • Betreuung und Unterstützung von Mitarbeitenden und Lernenden
  • Kompetente Beratung und Betreuung der Kundschaft im Apothekenalltag
  • Optimierung interner Prozesse und Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung des Apothekenbetriebs

Ihr Profil

  • Abschluss als Pharma\-Betriebsassistent(in) mit eidg. Fachausweis / Pharma\-Assistent(in)
  • 3–5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Apothekenumfeld
  • Freude am Beruf und hohe Motivation für die Umsetzung pharmazeutischer Dienstleistungen
  • Verantwortungsbewusste, offene und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit
  • Fliessende Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse
