Vous contribuez activement à l'optimisation des procédés de fabrication, à l'innovation technologique et à l'amélioration continue, tout en garantissant le respect des exigences GMP et réglementaires internationales. Vos responsabilités: \* Gérer des projets de développement pharmaceutique et de support produits dans le respect des délais, budgets et objectifs définis \* Définir les profils qualité des produits et élaborer les spécifications nécessaires au développement \* Planifier, coordonner et analyser les études de développement galénique et les activités de support produits \* Participer (si nécessaire) et superviser les essais réalisés en laboratoire galénique et en production \* Coordonner les activités avec les départements Production, Contrôle Qualité, Assurance Qualité \* Affaires Réglementaires et autres fonctions impliquées \* Participer à la mise en œuvre et à la promulgation de l'approche Quality by Design, aux analyses de risques ainsi qu'aux activités de validation \* Contribuer à la préparation de la documentation technique destinée aux autorités de santé \* Identifier et proposer des améliorations de procédés, d'équipements et de technologies \* Assurer une veille scientifique et technologique afin de développer l'expertise interne \* Supporter la Fabrication lors investigations qualité si nécessaire \* Former et accompagner les membres de l'équipe dans leur développement technique \* Fournir le support nécessaire lors des audits internes et des inspections réglementaires \* Diplôme universitaire en pharmacie, sciences pharmaceutiques, chimie ou domaine équivalent \* Expérience significative dans le développement pharmaceutique au sein d'un environnement GMP, en particulier sur des formes liquides/semi\\-solides (formes solides un plus) \* Solides connaissances des technologies de formulation et de fabrication pharmaceutique \* Excellente maîtrise des exigences GMP, ICH et des réglementations internationales applicables \* Expérience en gestion de projets multidisciplinaires \* Esprit critique et analytique, orientation solutions et capacité à prendre des initiatives \* Bonnes connaissances statistiques \* Excellentes compétences en communication et en collaboration \* Maîtrise de l'anglais ; le français constitue un atout Des possibilités de développement professionnel et de formation continue !\[Corden Pharma International Switzerland GmbH\]( ) \* Corden Pharma International Switzerland GmbH Aeschenvorstadt 71 4051 Basel \* \[ \](\< \>) jpide568f5fjm jpit1041jm jpiy26jm
