Deltapharm

Implantée à Onex depuis 15 ans, la pharmacie DeltaPharm est une officine de quartier intégrée à une maison de santé. Elle accompagne une clientèle de proximité et s-inscrit dans un environnement propice aux échanges entre professionnels de santé.

Nous recherchons un·e pharmacien·ne responsable à 100 % pour prendre la responsabilité de l-officine et accompagner son équipe au quotidien.

Vos conditions :

  • Contrat à durée indéterminée
  • Entrée en fonction : dès que possible
  • Taux d-activité : 100 %, sur une base de 40 heures par semaine.
  • Droit aux vacances : 5 semaines par an

Votre mission :

Vous assurez la responsabilité professionnelle de la pharmacie et veillez à la qualité des prestations, à la sécurité de la dispensation et au respect des exigences applicables à l-officine.

À ce titre, vous :

  • Accueillez et conseillez les patients, contrôlez et validez les ordonnances et contribuez à la qualité de leur prise en charge.
  • Encadrez et accompagnez l-équipe, en favorisant la collaboration et le développement des compétences.
  • Organisez l-activité quotidienne, notamment les plannings et la gestion des absences.
  • Pilotez le système de management de la qualité QMS Pharma et veillez au maintien de la certification ISO 9001, à l-application des procédures et à l-amélioration continue des pratiques.
  • Travaillez avec la direction pour adapter l-organisation et les moyens aux besoins de l-officine et développer ses prestations.

Vos compétences :

  • Vous disposez d-un diplôme de pharmacien·ne reconnu en Suisse et d-une autorisation de pratiquer sous votre propre responsabilité professionnelle.
  • Vous possédez une solide expérience en encadrement d-équipe.
  • Vous appréciez le contact avec les patients et la collaboration entre professionnels de santé.
  • Vous faites preuve de rigueur, d-organisation, de flexibilité et d-initiative.
  • Vous maîtrisez les outils informatiques usuels ; la connaissance de Tactil constitue un atout.
