Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams in Zürich suchen wir Sie, als unsere neue engagierte, dynamische und motivierte Planungsleitung Immobilienentwicklung (m/w), als

Planungsleiter/in Immobilienentwicklung Zürich

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Erstellen von Honorarverträgen mit Fachplanern und Spezialisten
  • Phasen\- und termingerechte Planungskoordination aller Projektbeteiligten
  • Termingerechtes Herbeiführen und Dokumentieren erforderlicher Freigaben und Entscheide interner und externer Projektbeteiligten
  • Planung der Planung : Erstellen und Nachführen des Planungs\- und Abgabeterminplans; Festlegen und Abstimmen von Phasenabschlüssen, Abgabepaketen und Meilensteinen mit dem Planungsteam sowie Sicherstellen der zeitgerechten Planlieferung
  • Qualitätssicherung des Planungsprozesses hinsichtlich Einhalten von Kosten, Terminen und Qualität sowie Erkennung und Minimierung von Projektrisiken
  • Kontrolle und Freigabe sämtlicher Dokumente der Fachplaner hinsichtlich Vollständigkeit, Ausführbarkeit und Normenkonformität
  • Soll\- Ist Kontrolle der TU/GU Vertragsgrundlagen mit dem konkreten Projektplanungsstand
  • Sicherstellung der rechtskräftigen Baubewilligung inklusiv allen dafür notwendigen Ämter\- und Fachstellenabklärungen
  • Koordinieren der planerischen Umsetzung und fristgerechten Erfüllung der Auflagen aus der Baubewilligung
  • Führen und protokollieren von Planungs\- und Bauherrensitzungen
  • Implementierung und Bewirtschaftung der Dokumentenplattform
  • Erstellen und Nachführen eines phasengerechten Baubeschriebs

Ihr Profil

  • Ausbildung zum Architekten ETH/FH
  • Erfahrung im Holzbau
  • Weiterbildung zum MAS Real Estate Management oder ähnliches
  • Erfahrung in der Projekt\- und Ausführungsplanung
  • Solide Kenntnisse CAD, Desktop Publishing, MS Office\-Suite
  • Wirtschaftliches Denken und unternehmerisches Handeln
  • Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft
