PROMAN, agence de placement spécialisée dans les métiers de l’horlogerie et de la joaillerie, recherche pour l’un de ses clients, une entreprise reconnue dans le domaine de la haute joaillerie, un(e) :

Polisseur / Polisseuse en Joaillerie (H/F)

Vous êtes passionné(e) par le travail de précision et avez le goût du détail ? Rejoignez un environnement exigeant, où votre savoir-faire contribuera directement à la qualité et à la finition de pièces de joaillerie d’exception.

Vos missions : Réaliser les différentes étapes de polissage et de finition des pièces de joaillerie. Effectuer l’avivage et la finition des surfaces. Réaliser différents types de finitions selon les exigences des pièces. Travailler sur des pièces en or, platine et autres métaux précieux. Effectuer le satinage, le sablage, le brossage ou autres finitions selon les besoins. Assurer la préparation des pièces avant les étapes de contrôle ou de sertissage. Contrôler visuellement la qualité et l’aspect esthétique des pièces. Identifier et corriger les éventuelles imperfections. Respecter les gammes opératoires, les exigences qualité et les délais de production. Entretenir les outils et équipements nécessaires à l’activité.

Votre profil : Formation ou expérience dans le polissage, la bijouterie ou la joaillerie. Expérience confirmée en polissage de pièces de joaillerie. Bonne maîtrise des techniques de polissage, avivage, satinage, sablage et brossage. À l’aise avec le travail sur des pièces de petite taille et de grande précision. Excellente dextérité et très bonne acuité visuelle. Sens du détail et exigence dans la qualité de finition. Personne minutieuse, rigoureuse et autonome. Une expérience sur des pièces serties constitue un réel atout.
