On ne va toutefois pas te mentir, on est exigeant. Alors si tu es une personne motivée et hyper enthousiaste rejoins le clan pour le poste de POLISSEUR (H/F)

Ta mission : ##

  • Réaliser les différentes étapes de finition des composants, du pré-polissage jusqu-au rendu final.
  • Adapter les techniques, les abrasifs et les moyens de travail en fonction des pièces, des matériaux et du résultat recherché.
  • Effectuer des travaux de polissage manuel et mécanique, notamment sur des surfaces complexes ou délicates.
  • Réaliser les opérations de blocage et de feutrage avec précision.
  • Garantir le respect des formes, des dimensions et des caractéristiques de surface demandées.
  • Examiner soigneusement les pièces après traitement afin de détecter les défauts d-aspect ou d-éventuelles anomalies.
  • Effectuer les vérifications dimensionnelles nécessaires et assurer le tri des pièces non conformes.
  • Maintenir les équipements en bon état et effectuer les interventions de maintenance courante.
  • Gérer les outils et consommables nécessaires à ton activité et assurer un poste de travail propre et sécurisé.
  • Être force de proposition pour améliorer les méthodes de travail, la qualité et l-efficacité de la production.
  • Travailler en collaboration avec les équipes de production, qualité et méthodes et transmettre ton expérience lorsque nécessaire.

  • Expérience confirmée en polissage de précision.
  • Maîtrise du polissage manuel et mécanique.
  • Bonne lecture de plans et connaissance des exigences de finition.
  • Expérience en horlogerie, micromécanique ou secteur du luxe, un atout.
  • Précision, minutie et excellent sens du détail.
  • Autonomie, rigueur et esprit d-équipe.
