Du möchtest eine neue High\-End\-Maschine nicht nur bedienen, sondern von Anfang an mit aufbauen? Unsere neue Fertigungsmaschine mit Koordinatenschleifpaket, HEIDENHAIN TNC7 und EROWA ERC 150 wird im Februar 2027 angeliefert. Du bist bereits beim Aufbau und bei der Inbetriebnahme dabei und entwickelst dich zum Spezialisten im Koordinatenschleifen.

Was dich erwartet

  • Du bist beim Aufbau und bei der Inbetriebnahme der im Februar 2027 angelieferten Maschine von Anfang an dabei
  • Du erstellst und optimierst Programme mit Siemens NX sowie direkt auf der HEIDENHAIN TNC7
  • Du richtest die Fehlmann VERSA 745 und den EROWA ERC 150 ein und betreibst die Anlage selbständig
  • Du fertigst anspruchsvolle Präzisionsteile im 5\-Achs\-Fräsen und Koordinatenschleifen
  • Du entwickelst stabile Prozesse für die automatisierte und mannlose Bearbeitungen
  • Du prüfst deine Teile eigenverantwortlich und sicherst höchste Qualitätsstandards

Was du mitbringst

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Polymechaniker EFZ oder eine vergleichbare technische Grundausbildung
  • Fundierte Erfahrung im 5\-Achs\-Fräsen und im Umgang mit HEIDENHAIN\-Steuerungen
  • CAM\-Erfahrung mit Siemens NX ist von Vorteil – wichtiger ist deine Bereitschaft, dich einzuarbeiten
  • Begeisterung für Präzision und der Wille, im Koordinatenschleifen zum Profi zu werden
  • Selbständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Qualitätsbewusstsein und Freude an Teamarbeit
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
