Für unseren Kunden suchen wir eine selbstständige und zuverlässige Persönlichkeit als Polymechaniker im Bereich CNC-Fräsen. In dieser abwechslungsreichen Position fertigen Sie komplexe Einzelteile, Kleinserien und anspruchsvolle Werkstücke. Dabei arbeiten Sie mit modernen CNC-Maschinen und übernehmen Verantwortung für eine präzise und qualitativ hochwertige Fertigung.

Polymechaniker CNC-Fräsen (m/w/d)  ###

Ihre Aufgaben ###

  • Einrichten, Programmieren und Bedienen von CNC-Fräsmaschinen mit 3- und 5-Achs-Bearbeitung
  • Fertigung von komplexen Einzelteilen, Kleinserien und anspruchsvollen Werkstücken
  • Planung und Umsetzung optimaler Aufspannungen
  • Selbstständige Bearbeitung und Kontrolle der gefertigten Werkstücke
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Fertigungsqualität und Präzision
  • Durchführung kleinerer Wartungs- und Unterhaltsarbeiten an den Maschinen
  • Laufende Optimierung von Fertigungsabläufen

Ihr Profil ###

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Polymechaniker EFZ oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in der CNC-Fräsbearbeitung
  • Gute Kenntnisse einer CNC-Steuerung, idealerweise Heidenhain
  • Erfahrung mit CAM-Programmierung von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Maschinen, Werkzeugen und Messmitteln
  • Selbstständige, präzise und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit, Engagement und hohe Einsatzbereitschaft
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Bereitschaft, sich fachlich weiterzuentwickeln
