Für unseren Kunden in der Region suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte und qualifizierte Persönlichkeit als

Polymechaniker EFZ (m/w/d) 80–100%.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Programmieren, Einrichten und Bedienen von konventionellen sowie CNC-gesteuerten Maschinen
  • Fertigung von mechanischen Einzelteilen und Baugruppen gemäss technischen Zeichnungen
  • Überwachung der Fertigungsprozesse unter Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards und Terminvorgaben
  • Durchführung von Massprüfungen und Qualitätskontrollen während und nach der Produktion
  • Wartung und Instandhaltung der Maschinen, Werkzeuge und Betriebsmittel
  • Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung von Fertigungsprozessen und Arbeitsabläufen
  • Assistenz bei der spanenden Fertigung im Team
  • Erledigung administrativer und organisatorischer Aufgaben im Produktionsumfeld

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Grundbildung als Polymechaniker/in EFZ (zwingend erforderlich)
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Programmierung und Bedienung von CNC-Maschinen, idealerweise mit Mastercam
  • Kenntnisse in CNC-Drehen und/oder Fräsen, vorzugsweise mit Siemens, Heidenhain oder Fanuc
  • Technisches Verständnis, exakte und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Selbständige, zuverlässige sowie teamorientierte Persönlichkeit
  • Gute PC-Anwenderkenntnisse (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Idealerweise eine Ausbildung als Arbeitsagogin/Arbeitsagoge oder fundierte Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Menschen mit Beeinträchtigungen
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (je nach Einsatzbetrieb erforderlich)
