Afin de renforcer notre équipe de pooliste pour divers établissements sur le canton du VALAIS nous sommes à la recherche de plusieurs

Poolistes \- Auxiliaires de santé CRS / Aide\-Soignant(e)s en EMS et / ou CMS

Description du poste --------------------

Sur ces missions d'Auxiliaires de santé CRS / Aide\-Soignant(e)s en EMS et / ou CMS

  • Vous intégrez notre équipe proactive et vous êtes délégué dans différents établissements médico\-sociaux (EMS) ou CMS.
  • Vous dispensez les soins de base (toilettes, aide au repas, nursings\-).
  • Sous la responsabilité d'un infirmier vous accompagnez les bénéficiaires dans les actes de la vie quotidienne, en tenant compte du projet d'accompagnement et de leur niveau d'autonomie.
  • Missions ponctuelles (ou de longues durées).
  • Disponible entre 50 et 100 %

Profil recherché -----------------

Vous bénéficiez impérativement d'une formation d'Auxiliaire de santé CRS 120 heures ou d'un diplôme d'Aide\-soignant(e).

Ayant le sens des responsabilités, votre polyvalence et votre flexibilité (horaires de jours/soirs, week\-end, coupés) vous permettront de vous adapter aux changements sans difficultés. Vous êtes en capacités de mettre vos compétences au service des bénéficiaires, des familles et des proches, d'avoir une très bonne gestion du stress et de faire preuve d'empathie. Une bonne maîtrise du français et écrit est demandé. Votre esprit d'équipe est l'un de vous atouts majeurs.
