Das erwartet dich

* Du berätst unsere Kunden bei Hypothekarkrediten

* Du beurteilst Neugeschäfte und erarbeitest Kreditanträge

* Du ermittelst und plausibilisierst Verkehrswertschätzungen

* Du führst die Dossiers, Verträge und Grundpfandtitel

* Du bewirtschaftest die Kundendaten in unseren IT\-Systemen

* Du wirkst aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen, Digitalisierung und Automatisierung mit

* Du unterstützt den Leiter Hypotheken bei fachlichen und organisatorischen Aufgaben und übernimmst Stellvertretungsaufgaben

Das bringst du mit

* Hochschulabschluss oder Weiterbildung im Banking\-, Finanz\- oder Immobilienbereich

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bank\-, Immobilien\- oder Versicherungswesen

* Sehr gute Kenntnisse des Hypothekargeschäfts

* Hohe Zahlenaffinität sowie ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten

* Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie selbstständiges und exaktes Arbeiten

* Starke Kundenorientierung, ausgeprägte Kontakt\- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit

* Freude daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und Veränderungen mitzugestalten

* Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse, Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
