Portier d'étage / Nettoyeur (H/F)

Votre mission :

Véritable soutien des équipes d'étage et acteur clé de l'expérience client, vous contribuez chaque jour à l'excellence de notre service à travers :

  • L'assistance opérationnelle auprès des équipes Housekeeping
  • La préparation et l'approvisionnement des offices
  • Le soutien aux demandes clients avec réactivité et discrétion
  • L'acheminement du linge, des produits d'accueil et des équipements sur les étages
  • Vous respectez les standards / la charte qualité de l’entreprise
  • Vous êtes serviable et prévenant vis\-à\-vis des clients en respectant leur intimité et en leur garantissant confort et ordre en chambre

Votre profil

  • Français courant obligatoire
  • Expérience en hôtellerie de luxe
  • Bonne condition physique
  • Excellente organisation / méthodologie, capacité d’adaptation aux flux d’activité
  • Esprit d’équipe, tenue vestimentaire et corporelle irréprochable
  • Autonome et discret(e)
  • Flexible sur les horaires (matin, journée, soir, nuit) et disponible le Week\-End
  • Excellente connaissance des règles de propreté en hôtellerie
  • Très bonne connaissance des produits d’entretien
  • Le travail doit être fait de manière soignée et rigoureuse
