The posting

En raison du départ de la titulaire, la municipalité de Collonges (VS) met au concours le poste suivant : un préposé à l’office de la population et collaborateur administratif H/F \- 60 %

Vos tâches principales :

  • gérer l’office de la population en conformité avec les dispositions légales ;
  • mettre à jour les registres liés au contrôle des habitants et au rôle électoral, y compris les arrivées, départs, autorisations de séjour, cartes d’identité et attestations diverses ;
  • garantir un accueil de qualité, tant au guichet qu’au téléphone ;
  • soutenir le service des finances, le service du cadastre et le secrétariat municipal ;
  • assurer le bon fonctionnement de l’agence AVS ;
  • participer à la coordination et à la gestion de diverses manifestations, ainsi que des votations et élections ;
  • participer aux séances, exercices et missions de l’état\-major intercommunal du Salentin.

Votre profil :

  • être titulaire d’un CFC d’employé de commerce ou formation jugée équivalente ;
  • être au bénéfice du certificat de spécialiste en office de la population / contrôle de l’habitant et/ou d’une solide expérience dans le domaine représenterait un atout ;
  • justifier d’au moins 5 ans d’expérience dans une administration publique ;
  • être à l’aise avec les outils informatiques usuels ; la connaissance d’un ERP communal ou de logiciels communaux (G2i, nest, etc.) serait un atout ;
  • maîtriser parfaitement la langue française, avec une facilité rédactionnelle ;
  • être apte à travailler seul\-e comme en équipe, tout en ayant le souci de la précision dans l’exécution des tâches ;
  • faire preuve de disponibilité, de polyvalence et d’une forte aptitude relationnelle ;
  • avoir de l’intérêt pour le service public et accorder de l’importance à la discrétion et à la loyauté.
