The posting

Die Abteilung Einkauf der OIZ ist verantwortlich für die strategische und operative Beschaffung von IT-Gütern (Hard- und Software, IT-Dienstleistungen). Innerhalb des Beschaffungsnetzwerkes der Stadt Zürich fungiert der Einkauf der OIZ als Lead Buyer für IT-Beschaffungen. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine motivierte Persönlichkeit.

Aufgaben ##

  • Du unterstützt den Einkauf bei täglichen Arbeiten, wie z.B. Bestellabwicklungen, Auftragsbestätigung, Wareneingang und Dokumentenablage.
  • Du holst selbstständig Angebote ein und erstellst Angebotsvergleiche.
  • Du hilfst bei der Stammdatenpflege und Katalogerfassung mit.
  • Du erstellst Präsentationen, Reports (SAP-Reports, Pivot Tabellen etc.) und berechnest KPIs.
  • Du unterstützt das Einkaufsteam im Submissionsprozess und führst eigenständig Minitender im öffentlichen Beschaffungswesen durch.
  • Du arbeitest in diversen Einkaufsprojekten mit und kannst dich aktiv einbringen.

Profil ##

  • Laufendes/abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium (BWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik, o. Ä.)
  • Interesse am Bereich Einkauf und Motivation für den Einstieg ins kaufmännische Berufsleben
  • Gutes Prozessverständnis und analytisches Denken
  • IT-Affinität sowie Interesse an neuen Innovationen von Vorteil
  • Fähigkeit sich einzubringen und mitzugestalten
  • Motivierte und lernbereite Persönlichkeit mit stilsicherer Kommunikation in Deutsch
